The Old Port of Bastia, in the south of the town, also a Sailing harbor.
A important Trading Port which is situated in the north, links Bastia and France
[Marseilles, Nice and Toulon] and Italy [Genoa, La Spezzia, Livorno, Piombino]
together.
The Old Port
The narrow inlet of the Old-Port, surrounded by the Jetty of the Dragon in the
South and the Genoese mule in the North is one of the most lively areas of Bastia.
The access to the Citadel from the Jetty of the Dragon takes the Romieu Stairs.
