The Association The Friends of Filitosa ensures a major role in the promotion
of the site through different actions (creation of the stamp on Filitosa,
writing of brochures,..).
It also charges of the welcoming of the visitors who can be accomodated
(apartments, swimming-pool) and who will find on the spot a fast-food
service.
Do not forget to visit the workshop and the craft industry centre which
offer all the variety of the productions of the coral working and also
the reproduction of prehistoric island ceramics which are realized under
the controlling of archaeologists.
Jean-Dominique Césari
President of the Association The Friends of Filitosa, manager of the
centre of the Prehistory of Filitosa, showcase of the prestigious island
past and whose renown has become international.
By his commitment and his action, he contributes towards the tourist development
of Corsica of South.
